Job Brief: We are seeking a dedicated Herbal and Natural Health Sales Associate who will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, answer their questions, and recommend the right solutions. The ideal candidate will have certification in herbalism or significant knowledge of herbs and supplements for health maintenance. This role involves collaborating with our store team to deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on herbs, supplements, and natural health protocols.

- Provide consultative customer service to identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.

- Maintain knowledge of products and brands in our assortment.

- Build strong relationships with customers based on trust and personalized attention.

- Ensure shelves and displays are stocked and maintained.

- Process purchases and assist with inventory control.

- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Certification in herbalism or significant natural health knowledge.

- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

- Previous customer service experience.

- Desire and ability to connect with people.

- Friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented.

- Excellent team player with flexibility to work weekends.

- Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Experience and Education:

- Experience in a natural health or homeopathic environment.

- Retail sales and customer service experience.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
